Utility room cabinet installation

Hi, I am looking for someone experienced with cabinet installation to install cabinets in my utility/laundry room. I have flatpack cabinets that I will pre-assemble before you install them. There are 4 cabinets in total - one base cabinet and three wall cabinet, as well as end panels. I also have hardware that needs to be installed as well. The wall is concrete, and there is a bracket that will need to be removed prior to installation. My drill isn't powerful enough to unscrew it, so will need something heavier duty. There will be a washer and dryer to the right of the base cabinet, and I'd like to put a benchtop across everything (see basic diagram). I would also like a sink in the base cabinet. Not currently sure how to source/install the benchtop and sink so would appreciate some advice on this, but that isn't a core requirement of the job. I will have a plumber come by first to do some initial plumbing work - timeline TBC but hopefully next week.
