Our rental property has sprung a leak around the shower cubicle - actually it's been there a long, long time and should've been seen to much, much earlier. The area around the shower, and particularly at floor level, is very, very damp and now water is seeping into the hallway behind the cubicle. We don't know what's caused this - whether there's a leak in/around the cubicle, or a drainage problem, or something else so it would be good to find the root cause. Whatever it is, we think a partial bathroom renovation is required. We would like to replace the shower cubicle, and fix any damage to the surrounding wall and wall framing as well. The attached photos are of the damaged areas - I don't have any of the full bathroom / toilet / laundry. Photos 1 & 2 are floor level of the shower cubicle. Photo 3 is the carpet in the hallway showing the same door as in photo 2. Access to the property will need to be arranged with the tenant.

Jeremy and the team were awesome to work with, I was kept informed all the way through, especially when things went a little off scope. But I was fully informed and after consulting and advising, the team just got on with getting things done right. Thanks Jeremy and the Straight Flush Group team.
