Single garage conversion

We would like to convert a single internal access garage into a bedroom. Remove the roller door and replace with a ranch slider. Add and replace electric power points and lighting. Create a new door into the en suite. Create a large built in wardrobe. We take ownership of the property on the 4th of December. We would like to have the work started before Christmas if possible.
