House Renovation Piopio

We have purchased a house in Piopio that needs to be renovated. We want a large deck built onto the front. There is a bathroom that needs to be extended and completely redone. 2 walls need to be removed from the lounge , including a fireplace, to make an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, and a new floor built where they join. A small wall is to be erected in front of what was the old kitchen to form a third bedroom. The back wall of the house is to be extended by 1.5 - 2 meters to increase the size of the 2 existing bedrooms. A small extension is to be added onto the kitchen to create a walk-in pantry. The whole house needs to be re-lined.
