Repair kitchen cabinet door

Corner kitchen cabinet door hinge (top) has broken and door is not closing level (has dropped around 1.5 cm and is hanging on an angle. Needs a new hinge installed and adjusted so it closes properly and level. We also have some other kitchen cabinet doors that need hinge adjustment to sit more flush and level.
