Bathroom renovation

Installation of new shower preferably where existing toilet is, as this is the only corner with two walls(without windows etc). Would like to reposition toilet to other corner of bathroom along external wall, new smaller vanity/heated towel rail. (as per photo of current vanity end of bathroom). Shower for older person, so lower lip/frameless door entry if possible(dependant on budget). Would like to retain a bath...may require a update? I would really like a cost-effective solution, installing shower enclosure is the key requirement. Floors/half walls currently tiled. Hot water cylinder in cupboard as per photos.
