Small Bathroom Renovation - Builder required
Job description
Hey, We are looking at renovating our bathroom. Have already engaged services of a tiler and Plumber. Job requires removal of all existing bathroom fittings and fixtures , temporary cap water feeds . Removal of existing floor and wall tiles , wall linings back to existing framing . Nogs for fixtures where needed . New 10mm aqualine to be fixed to wall framing ready for plaster . Shower base to be formed and screeded ready for our tiles to be installed followed by installation of shower glass , vanity tapware , mirror cabinet . Our tiler will waterproof the entire floor and shower walls Room is 170 cm X 265 cm X 235 cm Looking for a quote to have this completed within the next few months.

Dylan did most of the demo and build work for us in our bathroom and to a top tier standard. He stuck to the quoted amount, timeframe and completed all the work required - including installing a shower panel which he had not done before. He was super helpful when our plumber didn't turn up and went out of his way to organise one of his guys to come in on short notice to finish the plumbing work. Definitely recommend Bracey Builders and will 10/10 use them again.
