I'm looking to fit in new kitchenette downstair in one of the room which is currently used as a storage room. The approximate age of the property is 20yrs. Drainage plan is available. Easy draining access. Preferably - immediate start

He seems to be a nice guy. Originally, the contract was for a kitchenette and it took a couple of month to complete. workmanship is considerable but lacks attention to detail. And then he took the job of installing washing machine in the garage where tap was fitted. He dismantled it and never come back to fix it. Is he trust worthy? NO Will I recommend to anyone? NO Total job cost paid including GST: $8740
