We are needing help with designs. We are looking to extend or do a minor dwelling, all depending on budget so doing one or the other. As we would like to also renovate the house, add another bathroom, a new deck and converting a garage into a room with a separate bathroom. We have different generations living in the house. We not looking for high-end finishes just needing our 4eva home to be functional and decent for all of us. And yes thats the budget talking. Hoping architect has builders they can recommend and work well together with.
