Two bathrooms - shower and flooring replacement

We need the two showers in our home replaced with more modern, nicer looking showers, preferably glass showers. Also laying of new vinyl flooring in the two bathrooms. One of the showers is part of an ensuite and it is a very small 3-sided shower. The dimensions of the shower seem unusual (ie we haven't seen replacement showers with these dimensions in Bunnings or Mitre 10). The dimensions are roughly 86 cm width x 75 cm depth. Floor to ceiling dimension is 240 cm. We have already removed the shower lining and door. Behind the lining looks like regular gib which will need to be replaced, preferably with Aqualine or similar. The shower tray remains in there but we would like this to be replaced as it doesn't look to be in good condition. There is some damage to the gib just outside the shower on both front corners, from water leaking out of the shower. I have tried to show this in the photos. The other shower is larger and part of the main bathroom. It is a 2-sided shower. The dimensions are 86 x 86 x 190 cm. Floor to ceiling dimension is same as other bathroom. The shower tray may be able to be kept and reused, not sure. We would like both bathrooms to have new modern looking vinyl flooring laid. The ensuite dimensions of the floor area are roughly 225 x 163 cm with a partial wall and sliding door separation. The dimensions cover the whole area, disregarding the sliding door separation. The main bathroom floor area dimensions are roughly 220 x 191 cm. We are happy to paint the rooms ourselves once work is complete, but will need plastering to be done too unless this is an easy job for ourselves to do. Timeframe: completion by the end of November if possible.
