Wall deconstruction and reconstruction to make storage room

I have a wall between the bedroom and bathroom which I want moved to create a storage room/ nursery/ small guest room. And the walls making the back of the wardrobe and storage cupboards removed. The finished room will be 2m x 2.3m. Currently the space is occupied by 2 storage cupboards, a wardrobe from the bedroom and the laundry part of the bathroom. Some parts of the existing walls may be structural. Creative licence will be given to get the job done in a simple and practical manner ie making a structure with the space to support the roof. The bathroom wall currently has electricty and laundry taps connected, which will need to be moved. I can do the final plastering and painting myself. Note the house is semi-detached and one of the walls is along the main wall connecting the homes (although this shouldn't need to be touched).
