We have a a ground floor area that needs renovating. The kitchen needs to be opened up (too small and cramped) the bathroom needs to be moved to a different location (again too small in current location) and an internal garage needs to be converted into a bedroom. We are looking to get as much done as soon as possible, but the order of priority would be the kitchen then the bathroom then the bedroom.
