Toilet and bathroom refresh

We have 2 rooms in need of renovations, a small toilet and a larger bathroom. In the toilet, the WC, cistern, sink and vanity unit are in poor condition and the cistern is temperamental. In the bathroom, the toilet, cistern, sink and vanity unit also need replacement but the bath and shower are fine. The shower is quite new. We appreciate that wall tiles and possibly floor surface will also need replacing.
