The bathroom in our rental in Titahi Bay has some issues. The tiles have come off the wall revealing some potential damp issues as the wall is spongy. We are seeking a full picture of what needs to happen so we can arrange to be dealt with ASAP. We have a family member living there currently so can be available to give you access when required. Depending on the needs, we may need to apply for an insurance claim but would like the work carried out ASAP.

Kitchen Removal

We are in the process of getting a new replacement kitchen installed in our house. We need the existing kitchen removed and disposed of (ideally recycled if possible) prior to the new kitchen going in. Replace broken glass shower door

Shower door is part of a triangular shower unit with pivot sockets in existing frame. Door dimensions 580x1760 mm. New door requires fitting with clamp-on pivots top and bottom but no handle. Must supply pivots to fit sockets in existing frame.

Tiled shower renovation

Leak at the bottom of the shower cubicle

There is a leak at the bottom of the shower cubicle. Looks it is coming from the corner of the base towards the wall. Silicon sealant has been applied, but might need a cleanup and re-doing of the sealant. Need to take out the sealant, clean the old sealants and redo the base and sides.
