We noticed part of the floor near the shower door felt swollen and after further inspection by a mate it looks like we need a complete reno of the bathroom floor. The bathroom is only 5-7 years removed from being renovated but looks like the flooring was never sorted properly. From my understanding the entire floor needs fixing (see pics from under the house). Vanity and shower can be removed and placed back at later date. Shower liner will need replacing.

Bathroom renovation

We have started a bathroom renovation but unable to complete it due to injury. We are requiring someone to come in and re sight some plumbing, replace gib ready for the floor to be tiled. Once the bath is in situ the tiling can be completed along with the rest of the bathroom fit out. Vanity and bathroom cabinet already done, so it just shower over bath.
