Small bathroom renovation and miscellaneous maintenance

Replace existing shower with larger shower in same place. Replace ceiling of bathroom with hard glaze. Install extractor fan. In addition several maintenance jobs: - replace rotten skirting board in x1 bedroom - replace ceiling in x1 bedroom - install ceiling hung curtain rail in sunroom - replace existing windowsills in sunroom - rescrew one section of clear light on outside studio - replace kitchen tap The house is two geodesic domes. The bedroom and bathroom are in one of the domes. The sunroom is an addition not in the dome. Studio is a more recent standalone outside shed.
