We have a seperate consented hobby room (approx --- ) that we are looking to convert into a second master suite. Basic requirements would be: - adding of ensuite - wardrobe space - adding double glazing - insulation - likely change in placement of windows / recladding - new gib/ paint - new flooring - getting the project consented
