Billy and his team are simply outstanding. Every step of the process was explained in detail and the when he said it would happen it did. Communications were brilliant right to the last moment of taking the skip or rubbish away. They fully respected the property, protecting everything form work debris and dust and then cleaning up after finishing in a way you wouldn't know they had been. My wife and I are absolutely over the moon with the project, can't wait to engage Billy and team again.

Jay was very polite and professional. I asked him to come around on Tuesday and check the door hinges in the kitchen to see if they could be repaired or had to be replaced. He explained they needed to be replaced and we agreed on some more to be done. Jay ordered them from overseas and advised he should have them by Friday and would replace them on Saturday. He would txt 30 minutes before he was coming around. We are very pleased with the result. Have no hesitation in recommending Jay.
