I would highly recommend Sam and his team . We have an old house and a limited budget. The remit was to create a bathroom-ensuite and a guest toilet from a reasonably small area. Sam worked with us to develop a plan that matched our budget without compromising on quality and finish. Our job required multiple trades and this was well coordinated so everything ran smoothly and in a timely manner. I am thrilled with the end result. I am now saving for Sam to do my next project !

He was wonderful to work with - he listened to what we wanted, gave us insight on the work that he needed to do and the workmanship was excellent! We changed a few things during the project and never once did we feel bullied into doing something we didn't want to do! He listened, gave his opinion and did the work that we wnted! Also he kept in budget! Mika and his team are dedicated and professional!! A definite 10/10!!!
