Bathroom modifications (walk-in shower, waterproofing, tiling)
Job description
1) Removing river pebble flooring, bath, taps and over-bath shower. 2) Waterproofing, floor tiles, plumbing for new shower fitments and channel drains, tiling to 2 walls (around shower and W/C), and fitting of glass shower screen. 3) Ceiling currently marine ply, we want it gibbed and plastered ready for painting (can be straight onto the marine ply. Floor area just under 6sqm. Wall height 2.4m, so wall area of two walls just over 9sqm. Floor plan and photos attached. We'll source the tiles, shower fitments, channel drains, and glass shower screen. Existing vanity, basin, and W/C to be retained (though of course they'll have to come out temporarily).

Overjoyed with our new bathroom, finished before our parents came to stay. It should be noted that any increase in cost or timescale were largely down to small adjustments we made as we went, so should be expected with a job of this size. As you can see from the photos attached, the end result is stunning. We were impressed with the tiler, plumber, and electricians that Dylan brought in on the job. All had a great work ethic and attention to detail.
