Replace laundry tub, repair floor

This old tub is badly damaged inside due to a leak several years ago. The floor under it was also damaged. Its dried out but structurally unsound. I'd like a new tub installed and any required repair to the floor done. The tub is not attached to the taps in any way. I'm not looking for a full reno, just want to tidy it up a bit. Also thinking of getting the lino replaced and a basic paint jog on the walls as well depending on the cost of the tub /floor repair. Inspection welcome - home this week except Tuesday.
