Laundry house is built as add-on to the main house on a concrete deck. That side of the house was subsiding. The house has been recently underpinned/levelled. That work is now completed. The bricks along the back of the laundry house have cracked in areas and so we require it to be re-bricked, and any other areas re-bricked or re-pointed as required. Also new joinery and back door replaced as the framing is rotten. Photos attached-the tree beside the laundry has been removed. Ideal timeframe would be immediate start ;-)

Great communication, and quick to provide a quote for the work. Understood our objectives and completed them to an acceptable standard. We were after a “tidy-up” for a cracked wall in the laundry due to subsidence. Came back to tidy up a bit of painting promptly. Overall, we’re happy with the quick response to quote the job, the communication during it and the final results!
