North Shore

Approx. 14 metres of perimeter house structural support joist is rotten and needs replacing. Baseboard framing needs replacing as well. Would like to have job completed in next 2-3 weeks. LBP builder required as a couple of under house supports will be needed, and structural timber to be replaced. I already have the timber to replace the rotten structural parts as well as base board framing timber.
