Replace ceiling and re line with gib. Remove bath tub. Remove existing bathroom tiles completely. No replacing these. Replace bathroom sink. Install 3 sided shower cubicle. Line wet area with ACP, no tiles. Reline existing walls with ACP. Replace existing shower head with handheld shower slide rail. Remove wall separating toilet and bathroom to combine both areas. Remove one door and replace with wall. Install extractor fan and power outlet.
