Shower Replacent and Rot repair

My alcove shower has rotted out the front area below the door frame and also caused a bit of rot into the adjacent separate toilet with shared wall. The job consists of the following: 1. Replace the existing formica sheets that form the shower. Alternatively install an off the shelf preformed alcove shower. 2. Repair the rotted out wooden front frame of shower 3.Repair the rotten floor board and associated skirting and wall in toilet room Note the house is currently empty so there will be not pressure to work around a functioning home.
