Bathroom and minor house repairs

1. Main Bathroom • Replacement of vanity, wall hung with a wrapped melamine finish, not edge banding laminate. • New tap wear installed. • Check for moisture damage of walls around bathtub and shower. • Check condition of shower and bathtub cradle • Strip wallpaper, seal and repaint. 2. Removal of old gas heater in lounge, fill in wall holes. (Gas has been disconnected). 3. If possible, repair/replacement of peeling laminate door in kitchen. • Check condition of kitchen cupboards and doors, repair replace fittings as necessary. 4. Removal and replacement of doors as necessary to facilitate carpets and vinyl replacement. Carpet and bathroom vinyl replacement will take place after the repairs are done (we have organized quotes for this).
