Freshen up and complete our bathroom

Our second bathroom on the top level of our house is 3.84 square meters. It has been partially renovated by previous owners and we would like it completed. Walls have been stripped back to the jib and not finished. We would like it waterproofed with tiled splash back and painting plus laying new floor (not sure if tiled though). We would be looking at purchasing new floating vanity and sink, new toilet and shower which already exist in the bathroom. This is not an urgent job, but would love someone to give us a reasonable quote and let us know what needs to be done and how long it will take. Thank you in advance for your help.
