Bathroom renovation.

My bathroom is about 5m2. it houses the laundry and small three piece bathroom. I want to renovate the bathroom and move the laundry out to a cupboard in the hallway. at the back of the existing small bath is a hot water cylinder.cupboard the opens to a small hallway. I want to move the hot water cylinder to where the bath is. and have the laundry in the cupboard. then I will have enough space for a new bath,vanity and toilette. I will not need to change or later the plumping for the toilet but the place of the vanity and bath will be changed. (may be small alteration to the existing pluming will be required). there could be lining and floor covering required.
