Minor Kitchen Repair

We have a tall pull out pantry that is "leaning". I believe that this may just require an adjustment or extra foot under the toe kick to correct. Also a small grout improvement on the Cesarstone benchtop. Ideally I'd like this completed before January. The property is available all day / every day
