Small kitchen&bathroom makeover

Hi! We would like to renovate our kitchen and bathroom in our 'granny-flat' (we are renting the bottom floor of our house out as a one-bedroom). We have the kitchen cabinets and benchtops, and will order a new shower, toilet and sink but need a trustworthy builder (electrician, plasterer and plumber) to put it together over the holidays. The person renting it is away from the --- and we are hoping to get it done then. Thank you for your time and consideration!
