Shower over bath

We have a small bathroom that only has a bath and no shower. We are wanting to put a shower over the current bath that we already have. We have lived with this for 2 years but we are going to be renting the house out so want to make it more appealing without spending a huge amount of money and changing the whole bathroom. The walls will need to be waterproofed and we would like to put in a glass door. There is also an old wooden window that we would like to change to an aluminium frame and move up higher to avoid water damage.
