Pipe work for new shower and vanity

Remove taps over a shub, install new fittings for a new shower mixer. Remove some copper piping and replace with new fittings for a new vanity. Old shower and vanity will already be removed before work commences. Only removal of old fittings and pipework/new fittings required. Shower and vanity as well as actually connecting the mixers etc will be done by someone else.

Remove bath and replace with shower. Replace gib where necessary. Remove flooring and replace with waterproof laminate. Remove toilet so flooring can be done and replace the same one. Replace shower mixer. Check to see if low pressure system can be increased - possible issue with regulator.
