Moving a utility/kitchen area across the room and installing a new window

This rental house has a 'utility area' directly inside the entrance to the house. This needs to be moved to a new location and be turned into an official kitchen. An external window needs to then be installed in the wall where the 'utility area' is currently. Will need to do this work whilst the house is tenanted. I envisage that a standard Mitre10 . type kitchen units will be suitable. Some assistance will be needed to identify and purchase the appropriate units. Sparky and plumbing will be needed too. Detailed plans and specs are available. Building concent as also been obtained. The site is flat with easy access.
