Shower over bath - small renovations

My hubby and I are wanting to change our felton shower head to be a shower slide. The walls around the bath are cracked and need replacing too. We also need to replace the taps for the bath to a mixer. We can buy the above materials if it makes the job cheaper, we are on a tight budget.
