Bathroom renovation
Job description
I am wanting my bathrooms renovated. These consists of: 1) a main bathroom with a bath, shower and vanity. 2) an en-suite bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet 3) a separate toilet. The work I want done is removal and disposal of all the old and installation of the new, including any required waterproofing. Everything new will be going back into the same place and position as the old to minimise complications and expense with plumbing and installation. Out of scope of this job is tiling and painting. I will get this done separately. The floors are currently bare (there was carpet in the old bathroom which has been removed) so no worries about cracking tiles. The property is also currently unoccupied so no worries about turning off the water. I have not yet purchased any of the showers, vanities, toilets and bath as I will wait to take your advice on what to buy. The job has to be completed by Feb 28th 2018, but the earlier it can be done the better.
