- Bathroom reno for rental property - Replace shower, toilet, tub (reuse recently replaced vanity) - Replace old seratone material around bath - Ideally change shower into a radius corner shower and remove the wall between shower and toilet. - Shower has been leaking a bit, but the hardwood floors still seem solid and rot free under the shower. - Flooring - either keep hardwood floor as-is or sheet and tile over. - Tidy up Gib and repaint walls & ceiling.
