Gib ceiling and wall and replace wall tiles around bath

We had a burst pipe and the plumber had to take off the gib and tiles around the bath (with shower over), and break down some gib on the ceiling to find the source of the problem and repair. We now need someone to reinstall the gib, waterproof and put in new tiles etc. Insurer will pay for the repair, and they have asked to supply quotes initially. Prefer someone local. No particular rush on the job as we have another bathroom we can use in the meantime.
