Remove existing bathroom into wash house. Existing bathroom has rotten floor boards and about to cave in.It is a 1920s villa type house. Toilet will remain in existing bathroom which would become a hallway with a linen cupboard. The washouse is quite a large area as well and would fit a cupboard type area for laundry.
