Job description
We bought a house in 2017, that was built in 2008, it had what we believe to be a potential studio room built on the section that has never been finished, we need a quote to complete this project, scope includes, installation of stacking door in the front, removing existing entry and replacing with wall to match existing, insulating with sound proofing batts and lining with sound proofing Gib, adding decking out the front c/w a tiled pathway from the studio to house entrance gate

Well what a year to build, Ethan has done a pretty good job under the circumstances as materials and components are pretty difficult to source at present, (this project has had a huge wait on materials to arrive, which has been out of Ethan's control) , we also had a few teething issues along the way but Ethan managed and handled them like a pro, a bit of advice, communication is the key, always keep your customers informed with what is going on and what the proposed work-fronts are etc
