Move a wall which needs brackets as it is helping hold up the roof. Install some new windows that currently don’t exist. We need this done this year, due to council requirements, the job is fully consented and ready to start.

The plans weren’t followed, plans for the wall said 13mm gib, builder only left 10mm either side. We now have to pay the council to have the plans changed or pull part of the wall down and redo it. I did mention this to them after I paid and never got a reply.
