Kitchen Sink Downpipe Leak plus Cupboard / floor repair

We have a 1950s brick and tile home in Fairfield that has had a downpipe beneath the kitchen sink come loose and leak on the floor and cupboards. This leak has gone unnoticed for some time causing some damage to the floor and cupboard. The kitchen is original and the flooring is matai we think. We are looking for repair options, quotes and the job completed as soon as possible. Our ideal situation would be to complete the repairs that are required, possibly salvage the kitchen cupboards and floor if possible and the the kitchen sink downpipe working as normal. The property it tenanted and the tenant is very friendly, home most days and keen for the repair, We are happy to be onsite when repairs or inspections are done if the tenant can't be there. We would like a site visit quote options for repairs or discussion about what can be done as soon as possible.
