We are wanting to remove a non load bearing wall on the ensuit bathroom. This has had a bit of water damage. The wall forms one side of the shower. We are looking to remove the wall and install a --- rounded shower, toilet and new vanity. Currently the water pipes run through that water damaged wall so will need to move them to the opposite wall and remove the wiring for the current towel rail and run these into another wall to shift the towel rail. I will be looking to tile and paint myself so just the structural side of removing the wall, plumbing of shower and electrical work to be done. Photo of the ensuit will be added later today with the current situation. The shower sits where the new shower would be a a 3 sided acrylic shower with the small wall as the laft side of the shower. I have added photos of what we want the finished product to look like.
