Converting excess space to bathroom

Hi there, I have a 1930s house originally built by Naylor Love. It has never been updated although kept in very good condition. There is a lot of excess space downstairs and I would love a second bathroom built there. Currently there is a laundry so some plumbing is in the right spot. Whole the laundry could be moved to beside the new bathroom at the rear entrance. Photos of plans attached will explain better than I can! There is a photo of the current lay out and one I’m hoping for. I also have a 3D rendering I can share. I have another job listed for a different part of the house too.
