Bathroom and kitchen renovation.
Job description
Hi, I have a rental property that needs a tidy up. I want to replace the bath with a new shower and install a wall hung vanity (both supplied by owner). I will need some wiring for a towel rail and heater and I also need a new window put in (so need a builder). Plumbing will be minimal as replacing existing fittings and shouldn't be too much gibing required. I would also like a quick kitchen tidy up: new bench top, new taps and possibly a dish drawer installed.

Awesome builder who had to cope with the vagaries of an old house (eg nothing was square or even straight forward). Communicated very well, completed the job quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use for all future work.
