Turn existing large bathroom into an ensuite bathroom/toilet by joining half the space to 1 bedroom, using the other half space as main bathroom with vanity. Extend existing separate toilet walls and move door. Renovate laundry and move rear house access door to new location at the end of the hallway. Works will include changing existing walls, creating new walls, plumbing, electrical and tiling. Looking for someone who can work with me to get plans drawn and consented and project completed. Flexible with start date but need a committed team once work is scheduled to start and qualified tradespeople.
