Kitchen Rennovation - LBP required ASAP

We have: Architects plans/working drawings/consent Engineer/drawings for wall removal Contractor organised to remove wall and insert steel portal/beam New double glazed windows and doors installed Plumber organised. Husband is electrician so that’s covered Plasterer & painters organised We need: Pantry (built in) Study nook (built in) Cavity slider install Insulate and gib ceiling and walls Skirting & scotia Install kitchen cabinetry Also need 60m2 deck built can be same person or separate builder as it doesn’t require consent. Had everything organised builder let us down at the last minute. Need complete by end of year as we have another baby on the way.
