Bathroom makeover

20 year old en-suite in need of renovation. We will be looking to replace old shower with new frameless tiled shower, replace toilet, replace basin, re-tile entire room and possibly install new extractor fan. May be some electrical work need as electric plug makes buzzing noise. Shower currently has some leak problems so may also require additional building/waterproofing attention. Job will include organising any additional sub-contractors required. MB preferred.
