Hiya We need a Resource consent - We have bought a property with a minor dwelling on it (59m2), but no main dwelling (the neighbor subdivided and we bought the half that had the minor) - Our property (703a Coatesville Riverhead Highway) is in Countryside Living Zone, and minor dwellings are a RD activity. - We essentially need the existing dwelling reclassified from a main dwelling to a minor dwelling, and RC for the main dwelling. I think. Thanks. Pls provide an approx quote. Keen to lock someone in ASAP as banks are requiring RC before we draw down on our loan, and we'd like to access the funding asap in order to prep our site. We have a geotech, topo, TP58 etc all sorted already, but do not have finalised building plans as we are planning to do a relocatable villa. I am hoping that we can get RC for the approx plan / without finalised house plans (or the actual house being selected yet) , but need guidance on whether this is a possibility or not. Cheers
