Resource Consent application assistance - small slip from 2023 Auck storm

Looking for support with a resource consent application that was triggered when applying for retaining wall building consent for small slip and some instability following last years Jan storm. Email comms from council planner: The council application has triggered the need for a resource consent and they've asked us to submit as AEE under minor site works with a reduced deposit fee of $500 and for it to be processed by their Cyclone/Flood Team. Details of items that require resource consent were: "Item 1: Natural Hazards & Flooding - Land Subject to Instability – Chapter E36 Auckland Unitary Plan. --- ) All other buildings and structures, on land which may be subject to land instability not otherwise provided for – restricted discretionary (requires resource consent). Item --- ) Any buildings or other structures, including retaining walls (but excluding permitted fences and walls) located within or over an overland flow path - restricted discretionary (requires resource consent). Item 3: In your resource consent application please demonstrate compliance with Chapter E7 Taking, using, damming and diversion of water and drilling: E7.4.1(A20). Item 4: E12.6.2. General standards Land disturbance within riparian yards (overland flow path) and coastal protection yards are limited to: operation, maintenance and repair (including network utilities); less than 5m2 or 5m3; for general earthworks;" We have geotech, plans, survey etc which can be provided if you'd like to quote, however below is a screen snippet of the proposed wall position & a few photos of the site following the storm
