Hi, We have just purchased a property in Ilam, Christchurch and are looking at converting the single garage into an extra bedroom. We need a draughtsperson to complete the design and submit plans to council.

Very pleased with the job that Sam has done producing drawings and documentation to progress the Building Act exemption for our internal garage conversion. He guided us through the process, met the required deadlines, recommended suitable builders and got the exemption approved through Council.
