Job description
Hi, we are looking for a draftsperson who might be able to put some drawings together and help us by completing the resource and building consent required for some renovations on our family home. We have three things we are hoping to get approval for - a new window, a new deck (over 1.5m) and a new toilet (adding it to an existing bathroom space.) Many thanks, Hannah and James

Highly recommend Sam from Modal Architecture who helped our family with some architectural drawings for a new deck and new bathroom. Sam made the whole process seem so easy - he completed all the council consent paperwork (and follow up questions) with competency and within a short time frame...he was positive and easy to communicate with.
