Reconfigure existing plumbing

Our current bathroom has a walk in shower one end and a bath the other. We are wanting someone to install a shower bath into the space where the walk in shower is and ensure the space where the bath is currently has plumbing suitable to be turned into a laundry area for washing machine. Waste for shower and bath in both areas are existing but may need to be configured slightly differently for washing machine wastes and reposition shower waste for the shower bath. I have attached pictures for reference.
